Update, Update, Update…

I’m such a bad blogger.  I know.

I could name excuses, but I’ve just been busy. 

My work load has pretty much doubled.  I’ve officially been bumped from sixty four hours to seventy hours, a week, for work.  Seven days a week, if you did not happen to know that add lib. 

I’ve been trying not to buckle under pressure.

Zumba?

So I guess I’ve been living under a rock.  I have never Zumba’d a day in my life.  

However, after just browsing the web on a lunch break, I came across the video of the Zumba Exhilarate DVD….

& color me enthused.  

I think I might buy it…..but what do you guys think?  Have you  Zumba’ed (is that even a word?) before?  Would you recommend?
